Show your support for the Johns Hopkins EWB student chapter and have some delicious desserts as well! JHU EWB will be hosting a dessert reception this Saturday, Nov 1, at the Glass Pavilion on the Johns Hopkins University Homewood Campus. The reception is from 7:30 to 9 pm. Here is a link to the dessert reception flier:

In addition to dessert, there will be multicultural performances, presentations, and raffles, so it’s a great way to help out and have fun!

This year’s Greenhorne & O’Mara Charity Golf Tournament, held on October 3, was another huge success! For the third straight year, proceeds were donated to Engineers Without Borders. 3,000 was raised for our chapter and our Liberia project. Click on the image to see the full sized photo of our chapter president John Sankey receiving the check.
Please join us in thanking G&O for their continuing support of EWB-Chesapeake!

Hi everyone. We’ve run into a scheduling snag with our October meeting. Normally it would have been next Monday, October 13; however, we will not be meeting next Monday. We are still hoping to have a joint meeting withe Johns Hopkins student chapter later in the month. We will let you know just as soon as things are finalized.
I apologize for the inconvience and for our meeting times being a bit irregular over the last couple of months. We hope to get back to our regular schedule soon.
